UMA led a consortium which included Associated Engineering, AMEC Infrastructure and AMEC Earth & Environmental on this $145 million project. Our scope for this project included:
- Alberta's first three-level systems interchange located at Calgary Trail / Gateway Boulevard.
- An interchange at 111th Street.
- 7 km of four-lane divided freeway.
- Ravine crossings at Blackmud Creek and Whitemud Creek.
- Concrete pavement which will be maintained for 30 years.
The Anthony Henday Drive SW ring road project was officially opened on October 16th, 2006.
