As a member of the UMA team, your total compensation package will include:

  • A base salary that rewards talent by providing market-based salary ranges that reflect your role, skills and contributions to UMA.

In addition, UMA aims to reward its people for achieving excellence not only at work, but in their community and personal lives as well.

  • Innovation - UMA rewards three employees or groups of employees each year with cash awards totalling $10,000 for the most significant innovations of that year. 

  • Community Service - UMA encourages employees to invest time, energy and expertise in their communities and rewards outstanding contributions each year with a $5,000 donation to the volunteer's organization of choice. 

  • Continued Service - UMA rewards employees for continued service in five-year increments starting at five years of service. Employees may choose the award they would like to receive based on a dollar amount per year of service. 

  • Fitness - UMA contributes to the cost of an approved fitness club membership or activity/equipment.
